Fly private, carbon neutral

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability in aviation at The Aviation Factory, we are excited to announce that starting from April 2023, our clients will have the option to fly carbon neutral.  For €25-75 per flight hour, depending on the type of aircraft you charter, we will purchase verified carbon offsets that offset 100% of the CO2 emissions associated with the flight. These offsets will support a range of 4AIR's sustainability initiatives around the world, including international forestry, wind, solar, cogeneration and clean water projects.

By choosing this option, our clients can take an important step towards reducing the carbon footprint of their air travel and contributing to a more sustainable future for aviation. Our carbon offsetting price of €25-75 per flight hour is based on the average fuel burn of the aircraft and the cost of purchasing verified carbon offsets for your flight. Depending on the type of aircraft you charter (small turboprop vs. large private jet) this price may be closer to €25 or €75 per flight hour.

A carbon offset is a tradeable, verified reduction or avoidance of one metric ton of CO2 emissions. 4AIR offset projects and credits are verified and validated with the most prominent verification standards.
